How to bind a smart watch to the app?

1. Open the shortcut page, click the "i" icon, and remember the serial number below the QR code.
- Open the FitCloudPro or Dafit or WearFit Pro app, tap "Device" in the bottom bar, select "Search for bound devices," and click the serial number matching the one on the shortcut page to sync the watch.
2. Open the shortcut page, click the "i" icon, and a QR code will be shown.
- Open the FitCloudPro or Dafit or Wearfit Pro app, tap "Device" in the bottom bar, choose "Scan code to bind device," and scan the QR code to link and sync the watch.

Can't connect the watch or scan the code to connect?

- Turn on the GPS on your mobile phone and try again.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile phone, then turn it on again, and restart the APP.
- Restart your phone and try to connect again.
- If the device is already connected, unbind it and try again.

Can't find the watch in the APP?

- Make sure your mobile phone's location permission and GPS switch are turned on.
- Check if the watch is connected to another mobile phone. If it is, disconnect it and try again.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile phone, then turn it on again, and restart the APP.

How to customize smart watch faces with the app?

Make sure you have already bound the watch to the WearPro app.
After successful binding, follow these steps:
1. Open the app.
2. Tap "Device."
3. Select "Watch face push."
4. Choose from the available watch faces.
5. To customize a watch face, upload a photo from your smartphone and push it to the watch.

How long does it take to fully charge the watch/band?

- Generally, it takes about 1-2 hour to fully charge. It is recommended to charge for more than 2-3 hours for optimal battery performance.

How to check the battery level of the watch/band?

You can check the battery level on the time interface.

How to use the music control function?

- Make sure the bracelet is successfully connected to the APP.
- Open the mobile music player and play the downloaded music from the playlist.
- Press and hold the bracelet to switch to the music interface. (Some mobile phones may support music players like QQ music, NetEase cloud music, etc.)

How to turn off the watch/band?

- Go to the time page on the bracelet.
- Press and hold the button until the hardware information is displayed.
- Release the button and press and hold it again. The power-off button will be displayed.
- Release the button and hold it again until the bracelet turns off.

How to connect the smart watch/band and synchronize data?

For Android phones:
- Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and open the APP.
- Click "Bind the bracelet" and select the scanned bracelet.
- After successful connection, the smart watch data will be synchronized to the APP.

For iPhone:
- Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and open the APP.
- Click "Bind bracelet" and select the scanned bracelet.
- When the pairing box pops up, click "Pair."
- After successful connection, the smart watch data will be synchronized to the APP.
- Click the "Sync/Sync Data" button on the device page to synchronize.

Why can't the smart watch/band receive push notifications?

- The smart watch supports receiving WeChat, SMS, QQ, Whatsapp, calendar, email, and other information reminders. Please set it up in the APP.
For Android phone settings:
1. Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the APP.
2. Ensure that messages can be displayed in the notification bar of the mobile phone.
3. Open the app -> click on the app notification -> enable notification for message details.
4. Open WeChat -> click me -> click settings -> enable new message notification -> open notification to display message details.
5. Open QQ -> click settings -> click message notification -> open notification to display message content.

For Apple phone settings:
1. Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the APP.
2. Enable notifications and display them in the "Notification Center" for WeChat, QQ, SMS, phone, etc.

How to unbind the watch/band?

- In the APP, click to unbind the bracelet.
- In the Bluetooth settings of the phone, click the small exclamation mark next to the bracelet, and choose to ignore this device.

Why doesn't the watch/band display the weather?

To view real-time weather, ensure the bracelet is successfully connected to the APP, and open the APP to obtain weather data.

Why is there no data in the weekly sleep report?

To view weekly sleep data, go to the specific pages for daily step data, sleep data, and weekly step data in the APP.

Why doesn't the smart watch/band count steps?

The bracelet does not count steps when in sleep mode. Ensure the bracelet is awake before it starts counting steps. You can check if the bracelet counts steps by wearing it and taking a few steps.

How to monitor sleep?

The bracelet monitors sleep based on changes in body movement during sleep. It detects periods of static and movement to determine sleep duration and quality.

Why is there no sleep data when wearing a watch/band to sleep?

Sleep data may not be recorded if physical activity during sleep is too frequent or if sleep time falls outside the monitoring conditions (6 pm to 9 am).

Why doesn't the smart watch/band turn on when I turn my wrist?

- After successfully connecting and binding the smartwatch to the APP, enable the "Raise Hand to Brighten the Screen" option in the "Find Device -> Sync Data" settings.
- Try raising your wrist vertically from the bottom to the top to activate the screen.
- Check if the smartwatch has recorded step counts. If not, contact after-sales service for assistance.

Why is the smart watch/band disconnected frequently?

The frequent disconnection may be due to mobile phone system settings blocking or cleaning the software. Set the APP as a whitelist or enable self-starting management.

Which APP version to download? System compatibility?

- Download the latest version of Dafit app, FitCloud Pro app, Wearfit Pro app for a better experience.
- Android 4.4 and above or iOS 10.0 and above are required for system compatibility.

How to use the camera function?

- Maintain the Bluetooth connection between the bracelet and the mobile phone.
- Ensure the APP has permission to access the camera.

How to use call reminder?

- Maintain the Bluetooth pairing connection between the bracelet and the mobile phone.
- The bracelet supports hanging up calls but does not support answering or making calls.
- If there is no remark, the phone number will be displayed directly.

Why hasn't the bracelet started counting steps after I started walking?

The bracelet sets an initial value of 10 to reduce error. It officially starts counting steps when the real-time steps exceed 10.

How to set up NFC?

- Click "*" twice, enter the administrator password, and then press "#" to add a new NFC card.
- Follow the voice prompt, press 3, and touch the card's sensor area to add it automatically.
- After adding the card, press "*" to exit. The added card can be used as a community access card if community authorization or password entry is set up.

Why doesn't the audio Bluetooth automatically connect back?

- After the watch is connected to the phone, as long as the app background is not killed (on Android) or the iOS system, the watch will automatically reconnect when it's within a reasonable distance and the watch's Bluetooth switch is on.

The watch face failed to push, the error code is 265, how to deal with it?

To resolve the issue, check the following:
1. Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network).
2. Avoid being too far from the phone during the push process to maintain a good Bluetooth connection.
3. Verify if GPS positioning is enabled on the mobile phone.

What happens when the watch dial time always resets itself?

The watch may reset its time under the following conditions:
1. If the watch runs out of power, after charging, it may need to be connected to the app to synchronize the time.
2. Wearing the watch with the button pressed against the wrist for an extended period may cause the watch to restart.
3. Ensure the watch is connected to the app after pushing the watch face in the phone.
4. If the customer restores the factory settings without reconnecting to the app, the time may reset.
5. Abnormal hardware or software issues can cause the watch to restart unexpectedly.

What system does our watch use?

Our watch uses the RTOS (Real-Time Operating System) system. It is designed to execute tasks immediately without significant delays, ensuring timely execution of various tasks.

Is the weather data obtained by Apple and Android Weather different?

Yes, the weather data can vary due to differences in mobile phone location (latitude and longitude) and the time of data acquisition (e.g., 7 o'clock vs. 10 o'clock).
